Hi.

Your height and weight doesnt matter at all, when you choosing a diet.

There are hundreds of different diets to choose from, if you just
wanna leave the responsibility for loosing weight to a diet. The
reason why im being a bit direct is that none of these diets have
fully been scientifically proven to work, yet.

There's one technique for loosing weight that works and it works as follows:

1) You need to figure out how much energy you consume during a day.
The energi is measured in joule or Kcal/Calories.

2) When you know how much energi you consume, you also know how to
lose or gain weight, all you have to do is to consume more or less
energy than what you already do.

3) In the beginning you should start by figuring out the amount of
calories you can consume a day without gaining weight. Then all you
need to do is eat 100-400 less calories a day. DO NOT GO BELOW 500!
It'll be too tough to handle in the long run, and you risk that your
body start getting the needed energi from your muscles and not your
fat.

So it burns your muscles and not your fat.

The reason why this works is that when ever you need energi your body
gets it from different sources in a specifik priotity:

sugar
calories
fat
muscles.

So the trick is to eat less sugar and less calories. Then the body
will start burning fat.

I hope you could use and understand my answer. :)
