Looking for a way to buy Wim Wenders' 1987 film "Wings of Desire"
("Himmel uber Berlin")in a version with Czech subtitles. For DVD or
VHS. Does one exist? Second-best scenario would be dubbed in Czech,
but the subtitles are preferable. |

The film is called "Nebe nad Berlínem" in Czech: http://www.csfd.cz/film.php?32913 Copies with subtitles ("?eské titulky") do exist, e.g.: http://www.kinoaero.cz/archiv/content/detail-filmuF_cont.phtml?id=241 However, I could not yet find a copy with Czech subtitles for sale. When I did research a few days ago, all I came up with were Czech-subtitled versions that were being shown in theatres. (Perhaps the distributor wants to keep showing it in theatres from time to time, rather than release it on DVD.) |
