Credit scoring formulae are proprietary and are not public
information.  Also, there is not one FICO formula, it is adjusted
based on the company generating the score and for what purpose.

As Research_Help mentioned, the exact formula isn't open to public
knowledge.  But this information is available on the FICO homepage:

Payment History          35%
Amounts Owed             30%
Length of Credit History 15%
New Credit               10%
Types of Credit Used     10%
