Hi There!

My brother is having a very hard time with satellite internet service
through DirecWay, a division of Hughes Network Services.  He's tired
of the bureaucratic runaround, and would like to e-mail "straight to
the top."

A 5-star answer would be one or two e-mail addresses----perhaps for
the CEO, President, or similar Big Kahuna.
