Hi,

My wife and I are going though the Intra-Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection process.

I have been having regular test to monitor my fertility levels. The
results show improvements since the tests started in July 2004. I
have made some lifestyle changes, such as reducing travelling to the
mimium, taking Zinc and Silenium tablets, eating more fruit etc.

Talking to our specialist there does not appear to be anything else I
can do to improve my results. I was wondering if there any treatments
etc or other measures I can take that might help.

The keyresults from a couple of tests:-

July 2004
Motile Concentration 3.5m/ml
Ideal forms 6%
Swim up 0.3m/ml

Dec 2004

Mobile Concentration 20.09
Ideal forms 6%
Swim Up 1.56m/ml

I am very keen to increase the changes of success / health children as
much as possible etc.

The improvements seem significant not good enough to try IVF etc, we
will be having the first ICSI treatment in February 2005.

Thanks

Mark
