Hello mrcora...

Are you looking for a draw sheet that has a brackets with lineups
(kind of looks like a tree turned on its side)?

Well, looks like a dart-playing computer programmer may be able to
help you out.
Crow's Dart Page has a section on "How to Run a Dart Tournament", and
he maintains a page full of Microsoft Word documents that contain draw
sheets for tournaments of all sizes. (And yes, dart tournament draw
sheets will work just fine for volleyball. :)

The first set of sheets are for double-elimination tournaments. A
team has to lose twice before they're out. However, as the page
states, if you're running a single-elimination tournament, you can
just ignore the losers bracket.

Another alternative is to use his new "Single-Elimination Playoff
Bracket Generator". This web-based tool will take your number of
teams, and generate a web page that you can print out.

If this wasn't the kind of chart you were looking for, please let me
know, and I'll dig a little further.

Have fun bumping, setting, and spiking!

Ah, forgot to add my Google search terms. I wasn't sure what those
charts were called, so I tried: blank seeding charts

This led me to a tournament guide for USA Table Tennis, which included
the term "draw sheet".

That last term did the trick, leading me to Crow's Dart Page.
