I need to select a small business in my locale that is the domainant
player in their field. The business must be very small (less then 10
employees) have only one location, and be the "provider of choice" for
their particular goods or services.

My job is to break into their market and establish a competitve
advantage over the incumbent.  I need to identify the business(by
name)dig out and analyze their business data ( primary and/or
secondary data) determine why they are dominant and suggest a strategy
to take their leadership position away.
