Please go to the following website address:

http://www.kandh.net/page5.html

and then click on the link stating "100% equity loan is available"
and on that webpage it is written that "The investor will finance up
to 100% of both hard and soft costs, associated with project
development and is willing to address financing soft costs prior to
final project approvals",

so therefore I want to know that what is the "meaning" of that
mentioned statement ??

Note: The researcher of this www.answers.google.com website
should provide the answer of above mentioned posted question
in the answer form so as to be able to provide its proper
answer.

thanks for your comments posted below. I have read those
comments below. I want to answer your inquiry. Please note that I
did not even knew about the basics of real estate mortgage
loan so therefore I had placed a lot of questions in this
website and I have now gained a lot of experience of real
estate mortgage loan and please also note that I had received
the webite addresses of various financial organizations in this
website but I have now located the specialized
international financial organizations so as to 'apply' to those
organizations(please note that only the specialized international
financial organizations can provide to me the real estate
mortgage loan because I am first time property buyer and my credit
history is also not available and my various loan requests had
been turned down by some conventional funding sources) for
example First Capital Solutions organization or
www.1stcapitalsolutions.com website or Credit Suisse First
Boston international investment bank or www.csfb.com website or
Merril Lynch international investment bank or www.ml.com
website and I am now also in position to contact the
specialized international financial consultants or international
loan brokers for real estate mortgage loan for example Global
Funding Visions organization or www.gfviz.com website or
www.kandh.net also provides specialized real estate financing
and my search for above mentioned purpose is now almost
finished. Please note that by posting a question in this website a
person gets "immediate and accurate answer" and it is very
difficult to get any answer in the search engines. So there is
no need to worry about. I hope my above mentioned statement
would have solved your query. Regards from Shoaib-ga.

please also note that I have now also gained expertise to
prepare 'business plans' for various types of projects so as to
obtain loan or venture capital loan for those business plans by
posting a lot of loan questions in this www.answers.google.com
website. So therefore I had not wasted my time by posting a
lot of questions in this www.answers.google.com website. I hope
that this mentioned statement would also solve your query.
Regards from Shoaib-ga.

Does anyone else see this constantly repeated question as an advertisement?

I do not see this as an advertisement, but perhaps the queries of a
person who is trying to secure a loan and has been refused at various
places or someone trying to (perhaps) find some loopholes in the
financial systems (I do not know what his intentions or motives are).

I have arrived at this conclusion after going through some of the
questions posted by this person on this forum. Some of his questions
date back to early 2003 and the data content seems to be roughly the
same throughout.

I just saw the link in the question, which is the same link that is in
many of his recent questions... but you're right, Shoaib's long term
trend has been one of inquiry.
An interesting long term trend dating back to Dec 2002 filled with 16
pages of posts if you do a search on his name.

Shoaib, if you read these comments I'd love to know what you've been
doing with the answers that you've received on this site.

... and it would make for some really interesting reading if the
search term used is "shoaib pakistan" (without the quotes).

Congratulations Shoiab for having gained the expertise in preparation
of 'business plans' for various types of projects so as to
obtain loan or venture capital loan for those business plans :-).

How many loans have been sanctioned and disbursed.
