Question ID: 452471
About 15 years ago I watched a movie where someone had voiced over the
original black and white version of Night of the Living Dead. It was
hilarious. There was a scene in it where the girl is asking for a tuna
sandwhich, anyhow, does this movie exist or is it just something a
friend did for personal use? Any help on how to get my hands on a copy
of this tape or if anyone has heard of this, I'd love to know. Thanks!

I am certain that you're remembering a stupid (but hilarious) 1991
film whose complete title was "Night of the Day of the Dawn of the Son
of the Bride of the Return of the Revenge of the Terror of the Attack
of the Evil, Mutant, Alien, Flesh Eating, Hellbound, Zombified Living
Dead Part 2: In Shocking 2-D."

"The makers of this parody of "Night of the Living Dead" took George
Romero's classic and wiped the soundtrack clean, then redubbed it with
comedic dialogue."

Internet Movie Database
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0230575/

The movie, which is affectionately known to fans as "NOTDOT," has
spawned a fan website:

NOTDOT

It is hard to find on video, but at the moment there are a couple of
copies offered on eBay:

eBay: Night day dawn son of the living dead cult zombie DVD
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=617&item=6356114734&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW

eBay: Night day dawn son bride of the (living dead parody)
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=617&item=6356256024&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW

Google search strategy:

Google Web Search: "Night of the Day of the Dawn of the Son"

I hope this helps! If this is not the correct movie, or if you need
further assistance, please request clarification, and I'll resume the
quest.

Best regards,

Here you can download a funny mock trailer for NOTDOT. The "tuna
sandwich" is included:

I should have included a warning about the mock trailer linked above:
it contains some vulgar language. Anyone who is easily shocked by
four-letter words should probably not download the clip.

Please note that the link provided by misterbig does not refer to the
redubbed "Night of the Day of the Dawn of the Son of..." movie, but to
the original version of "Night of the Living Dead." No tuna sandwich
here. ;-)

And what's the point in a movie about zombies without a tuna sandwich?

I've heard that there is a DVD coming out of Night of the Day of the
Dawn of the Dead... and it is supposed to be hysterical. Does anyone
have any info about it?
