Are there online sources where I can buy prescription drugs WITHOUT a prescription. I am trying to buy a skin cream that is frequently prescribed in the UK but appears unavailable in the US, at least from conventional sources - its called Fucibet. I was prescribed it in the UK and can't get back there to get a new prescription |

Dear Windsurfer, Have you consulted an American dermatologist? There might be an alternative. I'm afraid that I can't provide you an illegal answer. |

You could try contacting the manufacturer to see if they can suggest anything: LEO Pharma A/S, Industriparken 55 . DK-2750 Ballerup . Denmark . Tel +45 4492 3800 . Fax +45 4494 3040 . E-mail: leo.group@leo-pharma.com |

Dear Windsurfer, Please do not try to obtain steroid cream without a prescription. I'm sure it is frustrating not being able to obtain a drug that has worked for you in the past, but a knowledgeable dermatologist should follow your care. If your case is a particularly difficult one, I'd advise seeking help through an outpatient clinic affiliated with a medical school. There are new drugs coming out regularly and I'm sure there is a comparable cream in the U.S. Here's a list of some possibilities. http://www.healthwell.com/healthnotes/Drug/Corticosteroids_Topical.cfm Again, I'd urge you to seek advice from a board-certified dermatologist. All of us want you to get the best possible care and information, but this needs to come from a healthcare professional. Best regards, V |
