"Halographic" is a trademarked term owned by a company which designs
logos for the music industry.

Do you perhaps mean "holographic images," three-dimensional images
produced with the use of lasers? If so, it would be very helpful if
you gave a description of what sort of art applications you are
considering; the field of holography is vast, and if our understanding
of your need is specific, it is easier for us to find information that
will meet your specific criteria.

It would also help if we know your approximate budget and the scope of
your project (i.e. do you plan to produce small quantities of art for
personal purposes, or are you going to mass-produce items for wide
distribution?)
