I am trying to get a list of the highest percentage of votes received
by the BBWA for players for induction into the BAseball Hall of Fame
(cooperstown) who have never been inducted.  For example, I believe
some players have received 74% or 73%, and never got higher.  I would
like to know where to get a rank ordered list DESCENDING DOWN FROM
74.99% OF THE VOTES.
