This question requires subjective opinion and doesn't clarify what
type of graphical program (game, utility, photo editor, drawing, etc.)
It also requires a bit of searchwork that is probably beyond the scope
of a $2 question.

A better question could possibly be: "Where can I find source code for
a good QBASIC graphic drawing program?"

I am not a GA Researcher. This is a free comment.
