Basic rule of selling timeshares that may or may apply to your
question. If they are going to charge you to sell your timeshare, do
not pay a fee. It's a rip off. They tell you what you want to hear
and then take your money -- and then they never sell it. If they
tell you that you'll get back what you paid, do not believe it.

Most all timeshares lose between 40 - 70 percent of the original sales value.

Sorry if I have given you any bad news. My wife sells timeshares
resale. Has been doing it for 20+ years.

If you want to find out, maybe, what the value of your timeshare is,
go to ebay. Type in the name of your resort etc. and take a look.

If you want to sell, talk to the resort. They may have a sales
program. What they tell you it's worth - is, more than likely, it's
value.

Yeah I don't have big expectations.

May I ask who your wife works for - it is a company that sells a
timeshare only in the event of a sale, or does she drink the kool-aid
so to speak, and she works for a timesharesonly-type company?

Can we hire her to sell/broker/coordinate an attempt to sell our timeshare? :)
