Answer needed by Noon today (Thurs) PST:  Most online services that
provide background/criminal records checks provide a list of
states/jurisdictions for which they provide records.  I've not found
one that provides criminal records for individuals that reside on
Guam.  So, that's what I need: information on where I can find a
background-check service that can provide me with criminal records for
people living on Guam.  The service must be able to obtain the records
electronically and transmit them to me today.
