I am looking for advice, business plan, books on how to improve
off-season sales or to  convert a 20 bedroom family owned hotel into a
"country" club run by and for approx 20 to 50 members. The hotel is in
a great but somehow remote holiday destination (village of only 500
inhabitants) and currently makes 80& of its turnover (hotel and
restaurant) in Juli & August.
