There are certainly topo maps available on the web for the area
surrounding Twin Lakes Park.  But the lakes themselves are rather
small, and it seems unlikely that depth charts are readily available
for them.

Are the topo maps themselves of interest to you?

i am interseted in depth / topogrpahical map of lakes only. since they
are county lakes and have dams at each, i'm prety sure there has to be
a map. i just don't know where.

I think the term for the type of maps you're looking for is called a
hydrographic map. I found a resource for hydrographic maps for several
Pennsylvania lakes but your Twin Lakes are not included.
