1) Legal requirements
2) Time-lines
3) Costs for the following:
a) Legal fees
b) Any regulatory or filing fees
c) Class A office space in one of the following areas:
   A) New Delhi - Kannaught Place or Guragon
   B) Bangalore (Pannagi)
   C) Hyderbad

Leagel fees if you approach professional directly would be some what
reasonable. If you approach a Law Firm .. it wont be much cost
effective.

ALl the fees and duties paid in INDIA are some what fluctuating -- a
legal advicer (professional) shall assist you.

New Delhi Bangalore and hyderabad are favourable places.. Property on
Rent is easily available.

Cost fro the same however shall be considerably high.
