In November 2002 I contracted with Universal Digital Technologies
(UDT), Inc to help develop a web site named 'Kidstradetoo.com". Design
notes and information was forwarded to UDT at it's (then) Lake Worth,
Florida address. The contract included design support and the hosting
of the site thru 2006. The content was drafted and posted for review
and updates at 'informationsculpture.com/kidstradetoo'.The DNS is
Registersite.com but never activated to point to the UDT web host
server. After a long absence, I am now ready to complete the
development and to launch the site, which in principle should have
remained on the UDT server (Sulpture.com?) even tho dormant till now.
My problem is that I can no longer access my site and cannot
communicate with UDT, i.e. the phone/e-mail are inoperative. WHOIS
provided some details on 'uniteddigitaltech.com', suggesting that the
site is active, however the info is of little use to enable access the
site.
Can you help me re-connect to my web site ? At a minimum can its
content be retrieved ?.
Please recieve my anticipated thanks.

UDT is 'inactive' was a florida corporation. What I am really looking
for is the server that was host to my web site. It is possible that
UDT was the owner of the server(s. Thes may have been destroyed , sold
or erased. I am looking for help to track down the server(s).

I believe that correct URL would be http://www.u-digital.com/
On that site, there are phone, fax and email addresses for contact.

Depending on what was written in contract you own, they are probably
required to keep safe content of your web site and do regular backups.
I suppose that content is what you are after and is most important to
you, but if everything else fails, read your contract carefully and if
there is a base for a law suit, you would be probably able to get back
the money sufficient to rebuild the content and cover expences of
potentially lost existing business, if any, on that website.

Thanks for you input. The URL you provided is for a UK company,no help
there. Litigation is not an option unless I can find and communicate
with the 'contact'

Many thanks. The phone is no longer in service. The e-mail is returned as 'error'
