Can you direct me to some service that lists office space for rent in
the 300 largest metropolitan areas of the USA?
I need about 2,500 to 3,000 sq feet in each case. The location needs
to be "intelligently central" i.e. not expensive simply because it is
the most prestigious or glamorous place in town, but easy to reach
from different corners of the city, especially from the more affluent
parts of the city, and dignified. One twist is that the entrance
should face north or east (a feng shui kind of issue)
If it is already divided into 8-12 rooms better. The ideal sort of set
up would be two rooms of 250 feet each, one of 500, six of 125 feet,
and a reception and bathrooms. Need to have two showers as there will
be health spa related activities, as well as educational activities
for adults and or children (30 at a time high school through college
age).
One year lease is desirable.
I need to be able to interact with someone who would have listings and
help pick them according to the above mentioned specifications.
