eBay problem

I buy a lot of tools on ebay, in Oct. I won the auction for a tool. The seller never sent it or refunded my money. He gave me a lot of excuses why, finally said he lost it. I filed a complaint with Square Trade, along with a mediator this seller agreeded to refund my money, as long as I did not give a negative feedback. I agreeded. The case was closed (Not by me). He still has not refunded my money. I tried to open another complaint with Square Trade, using the old case number as Ref #. But they have not replyed its been over a week. I don't want this guy to get away with this, what can I do? |

If i were you i would do one of two things. A. if you havent already got to this website http://pages.ebay.com/help/contact_inline/index.html and follow the instructions to contact someone from ebay about your problem. Next I would email the seller and tell him that you WILL input negative feedback if he declines to contact you any further about your issue and that you will be contacting ebay. I would also get in touch with a lawyer and find out if any further action can be taken (i don't know if you want to take it that far or not but it is the next logical step) . Ebay should contact you and help you resolve your problem if they dont , simply give bad feedback in the hopes to warn other ebayer's |
