If a non-profit organisation (like Canadian Legion or similar)
institutes disciplinary proceedings against a member, but does not act
fairly (e.g. does not give notice as required by bylaws, or refuses to
indicate details of alleged offence before the hearing and upholds its
own decisions through its internal appeals process, can this be
challenged in court? If so, what is the process? Is it a request for
Judicial Review or something else?
