Dear Sir/Madam,
I am extremely interested in the Following hotel,"VENETIAN Las Vegas"
I would like to have complete details of the development of this hotel.
A/who were the conceptual architects
B/who were the architectural consultants
C/who were the contractors
D/who were the sub contractors
E/who were the project managers (in terms of development)
F/who were the interior consultants
G/who were the I.T and communication consultants
These points are just examples of the things that I would like to find
out. If there are any other things I have left out please feel free to
mention them. I would like to know the complete base land sizes that
each of the hotel entities have used preferably in square feet(the
plot size that each hotel company takes up). I
am not interested in casino suppliers or gambling equipments. My query
lies purely in the main developments of these projects. Thank you

Since the Clark County Assessor's Records are offline, land assessment
was found through alternative means:

Providing the address correctly ultimately yields the following page:

The following results in particular are probably of most value to you:
Parcel number: 162-16-310-013
Estimated lot size: 28.58 acres
Gross assessed property value (land and improvements): $323,033,180

Using the parcel number from above, we can perform an additional

Clark County Assessor - Parcel Maps Inquiry

I.T./Communications Consultant

There doesn't appear to be a single firm or individual associated with
the Venetian in this capacity. More than likely, the owners of the
resort have probably hired an internal staff in order to fulfill these
roles on an ongoing basis. Such information would not be disclosed in
the public domain.

I hope you find the above information to be of value. If I can be of further
assistance in regards to the parties involved with the Venetian,
please don't hesitate to request a clarification.

Hi again,

There was one extra piece of information that I didn't post in the
original answer. There is actually another mechanial engineer also

RG Vanderweil Engineers

274 Summer Street
Boston, MA 02210
Phone: 617.423.7423
Fax: 617.423.7401

"RGV Boston provided mechanical, plumbing and hydraulic pool design
for the Phase 1A expansion to the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino. Phase
1 consisted of 3,000 rooms, retail, gaming and restaurants totaling 6
million sf. This project adds 1,000 rooms on top of the existing south
parking garage. The hotel is 14-stories high and approximately
1,100,000 sf, which includes a hotel check-in desk, lobby, retail,
housekeeping, back-of-house services, a wedding chapel, pools and
spas, a 350-seat restaurant, kitchen and room service kitchen."

That should do it :)
