These would have been given to you "at closing" when you bought your
house. Do you still have access to the closing papers?

What was found out @ closing, was that there wasnt any type of
homeowner association, however, I have recieved a letter 4mo ago from
the supposal Oak Ridge Drive Homeowner Association signed by only
1/4th - 1/2 the nieghborhood claiming that they are the homeowner
association and I don't know where else to look to see if it is true
or that I am being taken advantage of / or they are trying too.. I
want to report what I find out if they are false so I won't be bullied
anymore. I am a sigle mom of three children and bought this house by
myself and I feel that they are being hateful but I need to get my
info first. So far I have come up empty.

As far as I Know it doesn't exist and I believe a few people are being
taken advantage of here. The three nieghbors I did speek to, don't
speek to me anymore because of this and my questioning this, I believe
that they are afraid too. So the answer to your guestion is "yes, I
have my papers & No, at the time of closing, I was told there was
none." I have looked / am looking into different resources to cross
"T's" and "Dot my I's".
