Dear friend,The question is not very much clear.You are asking the
value of sine of an angle and how it could be related to penguin
decays!The question has to be clear!

considerations in terms of the Standard Model.

Now why would you think finding the true value of sin(2*Beta_eff)
would be worth $2.00?
If I had this value I would be publishing it and making a mint from
the speakers fees on my validation
of a huge error in the Standard Model.
