Question ID: 454256
I would like to know David Sussman's arrest record and most recent prison sentence?

Here's what I know:
He grew up in Garnerville NY.
He was arrested in Chile with a false Mexican Passport between 1998 and 2004.
He was handed over to authorities in the US, most likely Florida.
He is a sexual predator.

There is a David C. Sussman in the Florida penal system, but he is in
prison for battery and skipping bail, and has a prior record of theft.

There is nothing in his record that matches the particular details you
provided, so it may very well be a different person entirely.
However, his online record includes a photo, in case that would be
useful.

Should I post details for this particular inmate as an answer to your
question, or do you feel it is the wrong David Sussman?

Hello iramor-ga,

Here's how to obtain the information and photo you asked about.

Head for the Florida Department of Corrections search page:

http://www.dc.state.fl.us/AppCommon/

and enter the name you're looking for in the "Last Name" and "First
Name" boxes. Make sure "All" is selected in the "Offense Category"
box.

When you click on the "Submit Request" box (upper right hand part of
the page), you'll get to a page that can be a bit confusing, since it
looks almost identical to the page you just left.

However, there should be a link up near the top that says "Inmate
Population Search Results". Click on this, and you'll be taken to a
summary of the record of the prisoner in question. Clicking on the
name again will pull up a more detailed record along with a photo.

I trust this is the information you need. But before rating this
answer, please let me know if there's anything else I can help you
with. Just post a Request for Clarification, and I'll be happy to
assist you further.
