How do I bring my van (Toyota Sienna 2001) to Shanghai? What is the
import tariff for used cars? Do I get any tax break if the car will be
used for my small business? I'm an US citizen and plan to move to
Shanghai later this year.

I hope this will help answer some of your questions. The importation
of used vehicles to China is still forbidden.  Although there are
case-by-case exceptions for antiques and diplomats, it is currently
illegal to import used vehicles into China. However, the following
