is it any low ,condition,requierment that not alows me to buy a
townhouse if i am not a first time buyer?example :the builder or the
lender or anybody else involve in selling process or buying process to
request the condition that the buyer should be only first time
buyer;if yes explaine why if no explaine why also.Thank you.

Some lenders will provide better, easier, or discounted credit to
first-time buyers purchasing a home as a primary residence.

lenders do have better deals for first time buyers, I believe becaue
they can sell the loans to one of the freddie macs type companies...if
a builder is telling you this, you should look into legal action, it
would be a very odd zoning restriction that I have never heard of, and
is more likely discrimination which is highly illegal in real
estate...
