Greetings Freddie5757,

Roger Kelly is/was a member of the band "Starry Eyed and Laughing" - a
1970s band. See their bio at http://www.alexgitlin.com/npp/seal.htm
that shows them as having 2 albums:
Starry Eyed And Laughing (CBS 80450) 1974
Thought Talk (CBS 80907) 1975

Another bio is located at http://www.guitarz.com/seal.html

I found a closed auction on Ebay Netherlands regarding their first
album (referred to as Same because the title of the album was the
band's name) and you may view it at
http://cgi.ebay.nl/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=43708&item=4021179262

I also located a 2004 inerview with a band member at
http://www.fufkin.com/columns/pally/pally_04_04.htm - don't hole your
breath but you might be able to contact him through the webzine and
obtain a copy of the song you seek.

"Thought Talk" *seems* to be available for purchase here:
http://www.lastvestige.com/vinyl/6-9rares.htm

Here's a blurb from 2003 at
http://www.fufkin.com/columns/sorensen/sorensen_10_03.htm
"Starry Eyed & Laughing - Tony Poole and his pub-rock bandmates hardly
made a dent in the pop music charts in the mid-70s, but their abiding
love of Byrds music has survived to the present. A two-CD compilation
of the band's work, entitled That Was Now And This Is Then, was
released by Aurora Music last year."

The site http://users.skynet.be/fa388247/recommended.htm also mentions
it. I visited the Aurora Records site (http://www.aurorarecords.no/),
but found no way past the main page.

Here is the Google search results link for the band name and "Thought
Talk" title: ://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=%22Starry+Eyed+%26+Laughing%22+%22Thought+Talk%22
Sorry I couldn't better assist you, and I thought you might use what
I found to continue your quest through a rare LP site.

Best regards,
journalist-ga

Hi Freddie5757

In response to your question, you can get hold of Another Lonely Day.
Nick Harris, Mark Blackledge and myself composed all of the music for
Duncan Roy's AKA.

Roger Kelly did indeed sing the song but not the Roger Kelly which the
journalist refers to. We wrote and produced the track about 18 months
ago in London.

Please email me tim@tamborine.co.uk with your address and we can get a
CD sent away to you. Unfortunately a CD soundtrack of the film has not
been released. We have received many other requests about certain
songs from the film - Another Lonely Day has proved to be most
popular.

Hope to hear from you

Tim Dodd
