I am looking for a downloadable SUPERBOWL XXXIX logo (It is
white/navy/north carolina blue blue w/ a yellow gold bridge at the
top)in VECTOR FORMAT.
I can get low resolution images no problem off NFL.com, but I will
have to redraw them in Illustrator. There is a logo I was able to
locate from the Jacksonville Superbowl host committee off of
brandsoftheworld.com, which i will use as a last resort.

I'm making superbowl invitations, for my annual party, in color on
some heavy cardstock (they ultimatly they will look like tickets) and
want them to look very professional (and using a low-resolution image,
my own creation, or the other non official would look less impressive
to my very important guests than the correct logo.)

Please help me -

I think they've gone to great effort to make sure this logo isn't
available in a high-res or vector format.

I couldn't find an available EPS, etc. anywhere. Usually I can find a
PDF with a logo from which I can extract a vector copy, but I couldn't
find a single PDF with the logo. The Jacksonville Host Committee
logo, on the other hand, is available everywhere. I'm guessing the
Host Committee drafted their logo b/c the NFL wouldn't let them use
the actual Super Bowl logo.

Anyway, I spent a fair amount of time searching, and only found a
vector image (a Freehand file) behind a secure sign-in page on
Knight-Ridder's (the newspaper company) site.

Good luck in finding this. You may just want to try using Adobe
Streamline to vectorize the largest GIF you can find of it.
