Does it need to be IN Oaxaca, or is it OK if it is FROM Oaxaca?

I am looking to buy the salvia directly from Oaxaca, Mexico. Whereas
it would travel from Oaxaca to me without going anywhere else. Pretty
much no third party people is what I mean.

That does turn up many websites listing that they are selling the
plant which is from Oaxaca but they are all third parties. I am
looking for a "first party" contact. As in: someone that actually
resides in Oaxaca and has a farm where they cultivate the plant and
sell it straight from the farm. I will keep looking although I'm not
sure if the farmers in Mexico have a website up. Additionally, I want
to thank you for the assistance you are offering me to answer my
question.
