Im looking for doner kebab knowledge from a turkish person with
experiance in the doner kebab business...

I AM TRYING TO OPEN A DONER KEBAB SHOP IN THE STATES.

Talk to other doner kebab shop owners or people that work there. If
that fails wait there until they receive their deliveries and take the
number off the delivery van and contact them, they should be happy to
help you.

I have found info for kebab suppliers in germany but they cant export...

that is why i need contact with a doner shop owner, to learn how to make them...

How about learning about the business from the inside?  Try to get a
job in kebab place.  Unless you already have experience in fastfood
(non-chain), there is more to the business than just having a vertical
rotiserie and source of meat.
