Hi, Missy:

Sorry to be so vague. What we're looking for is a company or group
that measures customer satisfaction levels, performance, etc., for
disability, dental or voluntary benefits insurance companies. The
American Customer Satisfaction Index measures this kind of data, but
not for these specific types of insurance companies. I think it
measures for life and health only. J.D. Power and Associates is also
similar to what we're looking for, but again, they don't measure for
disabilty, dental or voluntary benefits insurance companies. Please
let me know if you need additional info.
