I am a 22 year old Male, and I have a hairy Becker's Nevis on the back
of my right shoulder, I've searched for a lot of useful info over the
internet, but one thing I can't find is more info about what kind of
treatment I can recieve to remove this and an approximate of how much
a treatment like this could cost.

Here are some sites I found:
http://atlases.muni.cz/atl_en/main+nadory+epidtumben.html#becker
http://www.emedicine.com/derm/topic48.htm

the one on my back looks a little like this:

What I want to know is:

- Where can I get treatment? (prefferably in or near the area of
Hartford Connecticut or Orange County - L.A. wherever it's cheaper or
can be covered by insurance)
- What does this treatment consist of?
- any side effects or possibility of failure?
- An approximate of how much treatment like this costs
- can a treatment like this be covered by insurance? (I have AMEDEX
USA Medical Services)

Any additional information, links, docs, etc. about this skin
condition and how harmful or benign it can be, will be appreciated.

I realize is a multiple question but it is all very much related, and
would really appreciate any help.

I just want to clarify that what I consider the most important part of
the answer is the part about the costs of a treatment like this, at
least I would like to know an approximate, it is necesary for me to
know this to accept the answer. Thanks!
