I am looking to start an online business for which I need someone to
design a fairly sophisticated website.  I am not looking for the
standard website design firms (e.g. aplus.net) that charge upwards of
20K to design a website, but rather for an individual or a small group
of individuals who are highly skilled in website design, available for
freelance work, and charge significantly less... my price range is
<2K.  He/they need not be in the U.S. (more expensive) -- it would be
fine if he was located in India since they have plenty of well trained
people in this field and we could easily communicate by phone/e-mail
anyway.
