How do you get your small business featured in magazines, or press?
We are an online retailer & tshirt design small company doing well
with our online sites, WeakMindClothing.com & CkyMovies.com and
others.

I recently read an article about a 15yr old who is making great
profits from his blog site and was amazed that he was featured in a
top publication. We have been flying under the radar for over a year
now, and doing quite well.

We are curious how to get featured in magazines as a breakout company,
with fresh shirt designs, ect.

There is no answer at this time.

Writing a Press Release can help a great deal. This gets the word out
to media sources about your products or services and can result in a
fair amount of traffic.

This was good reading, though nothing new. Our site(s) are well
designed and developed geared towards the audiences viewing. Our
online retails sites are highly trafficed, and more importantly
converting sales.

The only items we have not tackled:

- PR Agency: pay a professional to promote your site. The most
expensive way, of course.

- Related media (online and offline newspapers, radio stations etc.)
should receive a press release, announcing the launch of the website,
its topic, and anything else they might find interesting enough to
report.

The PR Agency I really have no clue on, and the Related Media seems on
the same track as the PR Agency.

How can you take something that has grown over 2yrs, place it infront
of individuals who can take it to the next level , and take it to the
next level.
