I am looking for a graphical way to present technical resource needs
by each of our regions. I need to have a quick way to present to upper
management our needs and resource availability, as well as technology
competence.

The variables to be presented:

1.- Region (5 Regions)
2.- Technologies (4 Technologies)
3.- Region expected growth and needs (same 4 technologies). This is %
increase in the number of cases for 2005.
4.- Existing resources. This is the headcount, per region.
5.- Existing knowledge (4 technologies). This is the "rated"
headcount, in other words, what capability each person has to handle
cases in each one of the 4 technologies.

I imagine this is something that has been done before in some sort of
graphical format. There could also be tools available for this
purpose, but I cannot find one that fits our specific problem.
