Where can I complain regarding unexplained delay in purchasing an
agrreed property by the owners. My deposit was accepted and both
husband and wife agree to my purchase and the purchase price. Delay
after delay has been the result. Does the Solitors have a desire to
purchas tha property in order to sell on at a higher price. The
Husband is in prison hence some delay as been allowed for. Please elp
and advise.

The remedies for failure to complete the purchase should be set forth
in your sales contract.  If you have no sales contract and this was a
verbal agreement, you'll almost certainly have to bring it to the
local civil court (or small-claims if the value involved is small, or
arbitration if you can get the seller to agree).
