it started  about 2 years ago, a pain on my right testicule the
gradually it got to my groin,right side and now is extending to the
inside of my leg right below the groin area, and about 6 months ago
every time i'm having a ejaculation I go through brutal burning pain,
on the groin area not in the penis
I did cat scan, sonograms ,urine and other tests and so far no one can
tell me what is causing this, I'm finish up anothe sesseion of
antibiotics(cipro) but I got no results at all.
To have intercourse is getting very dificult to me because of the pain
that I experience right before and during the ejaculation, however I
tried masturbation and even though I feel the burning sensation it's
not so strong and even sometimes i donēt feel it at all.

I'm sure if I know what is a cystourethroscopy?
if itēs when a  dr inserts a camera though my penis into the the
bladder , yes I had one of those, and everything it looked ok

The one thing i don't think we did was to test the liquid or sperm for
some kind of infection, in the prostate

or start with a neurologist to see if there's anything wrong with any nerve

To me I think this got worse after I had Catherization and they
inserted the camera right on that area, also I had a anguinia hernia
done also on the same area this may have something to do with this.

Yes, a cystoscopy or cystourethroscopy is the examination where they
insert a tiny camera so that they can examine the urethra and bladder.

It sounds as if your physicians have been quite thorough. I hope they
will be able to find a cause for your discomfort. Obviously, we can't
diagnose you over the Internet.

Guys I have the same problem but its not permanent.

I started to feel it when I was still 20 yrs old.  I went to see a
urologist who assessed my prostate for abnormality and had my balls
undergo ultrasound but found nothing unusual. I feel the pain on my
right groin and extends to my inner thigh and lower back and abdomen. 
He suspected that my everyday driving (Manila traffic and Im driving a
stick shift)could have caused made some effect on my prostate..He
asked me to take some pain reliever and some Palmeto and not to drive
as often as I used to and I cant remember after how long after I lost
the pain..

Im now 26 and been driving to work for an average of 3 hours a day (2
way) and still drives a stick shift car and through worst traffic so I
really have to move my legs more than usual. I started to feel this
pain again mid of last year and so I went to see a doctor again who
checked my balls but no abnormality was found again.. I even passed
our annual physical exam last Nov which included a prostate check-up..
I would usually feel the pain intermittently but when I start feeling
it, it would stay for a week or through a month then it would just
disappear or I might just be getting used to it that I dont notice it
anymore. I currentl feel it again, the numbness on the right groin, to
the thighs and abdomen and even right inside my ass.. Im thinking now
if this has possibly something to do with my spine since I had an
accident when I was around 10 yurs old when I jumped from a high wall
to ground and I just stopped moving and I was just brought to a so
called manghihilot (sort of a faith healer) who somehow fixed the
problem but I never had an xray of anything that concerns what 
encountered..then whenever I make situps, I would feel pain starting
from my tailbone as if I could not make it contact with a hard surface
and had to do the situps with my butt cheek. Can someone help me in
finding out if the pain Im feeling has something to do with my driving
and seating all day at the office or could it be related to my balls
(which no abonrmality is observed though pain can be felt on it as
well) or my tailbone problem. Appreciate your help since Doctors Ive
seen have not established anything specific and I just got tired of
seeing them..I dont feel the pain after I woke up in the morning by
the way..Tnx

To me it got bad, that i whent from having sex 3 times per week to
once a month sometimes,the burning is so intense that I almost get in
tears when ejaculating, therefore iēm getting in trouble with my wife,
and I donēt see my marriage lasting too long.
