they have saved money and what those figures are that can be verified

What countries are benefiting from Outsourcing
What countries are losing out to outsourcing
What countries are more suited to manufacturing outsourcing

I'd like statistical backup infromation for the above. 

I'm not interested in IT outsourcing, just manufacturing outsourcing.
