Was the judgment filed in 1988? Generally a judgment will last 10 years from the date of a writ of execution. It is renewed by another writ of execution. If there is a motion pending in the court to have the judgment set aside and you have standing as a party in interest, you should be entitled to file an objection to the motion that is pending and set it for hearing. |
