I am about to take the test to get become a mcp. I heard a rumor that
bill gates signature appaers on the certificate is that true??  I know
its not a real one but even his fake one is there?

Hi mott85,

Yes, Bill Gates electronic signature is on all Microsoft
Certifications.  I don't have proof that it's electronic, but hey,
he's the Father of Computer Technology, --he's not using a rubber
stamp.

Yes, I got my MCP and MCSE 4 years back and recieved  a certificate
for each one signed by "Bill Gates".  As you noted, of course its not
a real pen ink signature, but either a stamped or digitized signature.
 As to whether this is the way he ALWAYS signs his name, I can't say. 
However, the signature looks the same on both certificates.

Did your mcp certifcate state wich wich exam you passed? for example i
am taking 70-270 if i pass will it say 70-270 on certificate or just
mcp?

You get your certification title after taking all the required exams.
