How many outpatient bone marrow biopsies are conducted annually in the
U.S.?  By bone marrow biopsy, I mean both the aspirate and the core
bone marrow sample.  How often do complications force them to be
conducted in the operating room (where they might otherwise have been
conducted in an outpatient setting)?
