Who is the Director of Obi in China?

I checked with several online company databases, and fp-ga's comment
below is correct.  The current director of OBI in China is Fengjiang
Li.

I can provide you additional contact information for OBI in China,
though direct contacts for the CEO are notoriously difficult to come
by.  However, a fax or email addressed to Mr. Li should receive
appropriate attention at the company when it arrives:
