Dear ranraif-ga; I am posting this as a comment for the time being because the truth is, no one really knows exactly how many pyramids there are in Egypt. What I am offering you is information about ?known? pyramids: Many of the pyramids can no longer be readily identified as typical pyramids because of erosion and damage over the centuries. There are about 110 of these that are currently known in Egypt, only 67 of which are completed structures. Genuine, or ?true? pyramids are those have solid core masonry, and there are only ten of them. They are: Pyramid #1 - The Step Pyramid of Zoser Pyramid #2 - Sekhemket's Pyramid Pyramid #3 - Kha-ba's Pyramid Pyramid #4 - Snefru's Meidum Pyramid Pyramid #5 - Snefru's Bent Pyramid Pyramid #6 - Snefru's Red Pyramid Pyramid #7 - Khufu's (Cheops) Great Pyramid Pyramid #8 - Gedefra's (Djedefre) Pyramid Pyramid #9 - Khafra's (Chephren) Pyramid Pyramid #10 - Menkaura's (Mycerinus) Pyramid Please let me know if this sufficiently answers your question.
