Question is too broad for answering here.  Visit your local library
and/or bookstore--there are many books about trusts available and
reading 2 or more of them will give you a basic idea of what to do, in
addition to consulting with a local trust attorney as needed, or with
the trust department of a local bank if you feel the job is too
difficult for an individual to handle who is not trained in the law.
