Not exactly. The site should seperate out exciting inexpensive
oppportunities -like the Staten Island Ferry ride, or restuarants that
let you bring your own wine - Alcohol has a very high perceived value
in restuarants but a relatively lower cost to the restuarant owner -
they make a large profit on alcohol!

If I were single and living in New York City, I'd be delighted to be
taken to the Hayden Planetarium.

Well it is cheap dates. :P Anyways here is a list of some of the main
attractions in NYC. Not everyone who lives there has been to these
attractions, like where I live we have a comosphere and alot of people
I know haven't been there. So I personally think some of these would
be a great place to start.

AttorneyMD --

I think that you need to get yourself plugged into channels for last
minute tickets -- for theater, opera, musical performances, sports.
That means running down all of the sources, from brokers who handle
sales of same-day tickets to the venues themselves. An example of a
suggested Google search strategy would be as follows:
last minute "theater tickets" New York

Of course it's good to know who has subscriptions (or season tickets
in sports) to let them know you're available. . .

Best regards,

Omnivorous-GA
