By my count there are 54 Chemistry laureates still alive (as of today), and 64
Medicine/Physiology laureates still alive. They are listed below in
order of awarded year. I got this information by doing a search by
subject of http://nobelprize.org/search/laureate.html (Nobel Prize
official website), and copying only the ones without a death date.
Interestingly enough, there have been 104 awardees in each category -
I don't know what that says about physicians vs. chemists in terms of
