Hi Shurik79,
"Eho megala vizha" simply means, "I have big breasts".
('Eho' = I have / 'megala' = big (pl.) / 'vizha' or 'vizia' = breasts (pl.)
Similarly, "Ehis megala arhidiya" means, "You have big testicles".
('Ehis' = You (sing.) have / 'megala' = big (pl.) / 'arhidya' or
'arhidia' = testicles (pl.)
I should note "vizia" is more of a slang term for breasts, much like
the word "tits".
"Arhidia" is also a slang term for 'testicles' -- "balls" or
"bollocks" could be used in place.
