Catherine Zeta-Jones had a scar on her decolletage following an
operation on her heart.  I am writing on behalf of a friend who would
like to know the name and contact details of the surgeon that removed
the scar for a similar situation, and the name of the procedure
performed.

Actually, Zeta-Jones had tracheotomy surgery, and she has left the
scar (on her neck) as is.
